Blackband Design has announced the launch of Showcasing™, an interior design and furnishings service to help Southern California real estate agents to advance home sales.
"We live in a visual world, and with so many beautiful homes on the market, people need to experience the livable elements of a home in order to make the decision to purchase," said Wendy Blackband, co-owner and interior designer at Blackband Design. "This new Showcasing™ service gives us the creative freedom to share our unique, elegant style with future homeowners, while helping real estate agents to complete sales in today's challenging housing market."
As part of its new service, Blackband adapts its design to the architecture and style of each home and incorporates high-end products in order to showcase the homes' interior and exterior potential. One of the ways this style is achieved is through the thoughtful layering of various textures, finishes, colors, and textiles, according to Blackband.
